H.R. Higgins (Coffee-Man) Ltd., established in central London in 1942, is a specialist supplier of fine coffees and teas. Operating from Duke Street, London Wl and Waltham Abbey in Essex, H.R. Higgins is run by the son and daughter of H.R. Higgins and by his grandson David, who became managing director in 2003. It supplies the best available coffees and teas to discerning connoisseurs in all parts of the United Kingdom and all over the world. With online ordering and an efficient postal service, coffee and tea drinkers can explore and enjoy a wide range of original and blended coffees and speciality teas. At the heart of the business is the skill of producing freshly roasted coffees which are despatched daily from the company's premises at Waltham Abbey. As well as visiting one of the UK's premier Coffee Merchants, customers visiting the shop 79 Duke Street London W1, can learn about the distinctive quality of speciality teas from the best growers in the world. Original teas, speciality blends and fruit flavoured teas are available. There is also a place to enjoy freshly prepared coffee and tea on the lower ground floor of the shop which is situated just off Oxford Street, not far from Selfridges in the section of Duke Street towards Grosvenor Square.
